ALL THE PHOTOS: Shatta Wale, Yaa Pono, Kofi Kinaata, others @ Area Codes Jam 17

As usual, performances for Y FM’s annual Area Codes Jam were highly- anticipated. This year’s edition saw elevated levels of excitement especially because it would be the first time popular acts Shatta Wale and  Yaa Pono mounted the same stage in the wake of their fierce music feud.

Hence the Trade Fair Centre in Accra, where this year’s event took place, was filled with scores of music lovers who had come to see for themselves who reigned supreme. Verdicts will differ depending on where one’s affection lies, but the concert altogether was a huge success.

Put together by Y FM with support from Guiness, the night also saw supporting performances from Confession hitmaker  Kofi Kinaata, Tee Phlow, Jupitar, Eye Judah, Shegah among others.
